Beginning the process just one week after the purchase on Labor Day in 2019, every building at Bearsville was dried out, remediated, scrubbed, polished, and painted.

After four years of hard work, our renovation project has transformed every inch of this beloved complex. What began as a daunting overhaul has blossomed into a labor of love, preserving the bones while infusing new life into every corner, inside and out.

From meticulous remediation of each building to the development of the expansive park and woodland, and the careful renovation of every worn element of the center, we've revitalized  Bearsville, honoring its history by embracing mid-century modern comfort, style and elegance.
