Bearsville Bluegrass Festival is Back for 2026!
Mark your calendars for Sunday, May 31 and join us at beautiful Bearsville Park for an unforgettable Memorial Day Weekend celebration filled with live bluegrass, delicious food, nature, community, and that unmistakable Bearsville energy.
Featuring On the Trail with Austin Scelzo, Catskill Mountain String Band with Bruno Bruzzese, and Bugs on a Log String Band, this year’s festival promises soaring harmonies, driving rhythms, and an atmosphere that keeps people coming back year after year.
Bring your lawn chairs, bring your friends and come hungry.

Festival Highlights
Start the day by jumping into the music yourself at the Wernick Method Bluegrass Jam Class with Austin Scelzo (10am–12pm at The Grove), then settle in for an afternoon that goes far beyond the stage. Wander the Bearsville grounds on guided Nature Trails with Dave Holden, dive into music history on a Rock & Roll Tour with Larry Germack, and explore curated vendors from the beloved Phoenicia Flea Market throughout the park.
Families are warmly welcomed, with lawn games, open space, and activities for all ages woven into the day.
Come hungry, festival favorites like grilled brats (meat and vegan), pulled pork, sweetcorn, salted potatoes, and watermelon will be served fresh all afternoon.
