The Bearsville-Woodstock music community has roots dating back to the artists colony that has existed here for more than 100 years. Reinvigorated during the 1960’s and 70’s, in large part by legendary artists manager Albert Grossman (Bob Dylan, Janis Joplin, The Band….) who built the Bearsville Theatre complex, the artistic legacy continues to this day.
Created to celebrate the four annual festivals at Bearsville Park.
